  • Programming

We know runners are busy, so we’ve kept the process straightforward and adaptable. The TrueCoach personal training app gives you easy access to a tailored program that fits seamlessly into your schedule. Choose between 2 or 3 weekly workouts based on your training load and personal preference.

Not sure where to train? We’ve got options! Whether you work out at a gym or at home with minimal equipment, your programming will be customized to meet your needs. You’ll never feel overwhelmed or out of your depth—we’re here to make this as practical and approachable as possible.

  • Difference Makers

We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Expertly Designed: Our strength program was built by a respected physical therapist, strength, and running coach.

Monitored: A certain movement bothering you? A movement more advanced than where you’re at? Your comments are responded to with suggested modifications.

Step-by-Step Exercise Demonstrations: You’ll receive detailed visual guides for each movement to ensure proper technique. We don’t just want you to do the exercises; we want you to do them right.

  • Affordable and Flexible

We believe strength training should be accessible to every runner. That’s why we offer simple, transparent pricing:

    $25/month for Taylored Training athletes.

    $50/month for non-Taylored Training athletes.

No long-term contracts, no hidden fees—just a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions about our strength training subscriptions or how to get started? Our FAQ section has clear, straightforward answers to help you make informed decisions and feel confident as you embark on your running journey with us.

Not at all! We offer both “home” and “gym” programs, so you can train wherever works best for you. If you’re training at home, we have a plan that requires less space and equipment. If you have access to a gym, you’ll get more variety and heavier weights, but it’s totally optional..

Our strength program is 100% virtual.

No worries—everyone starts somewhere! Our program includes video demos for every exercise, so you’ll always know what to do. Plus, we’ll guide you on how each movement should feel, so you can adjust as needed.

Nope! Bulking up requires a specific combination of heavy lifting, high-volume training, and a targeted diet. Since running involves a lot of endurance work, adding strength training will actually make you more efficient—not slower or bulkier.

Strength training makes you a stronger, faster, and more efficient runner. It helps prevent injuries, improves running form, and even boosts speed. Plus, it’s great for long-term health!

Since our strength program is not personalized or highly supported (unlike our run coaching), we highly recommend working with a rehab professional to understand what your limitations are with your current injury and to provide guidance for using a strength program.

This strength program is structured, meaning you’ll follow a set plan rather than a fully customized approach like our 1:1 coaching. If you want a completely personalized strength program, we recommend working directly with Volante PT.
