If you’re recovering from an injury, a personalized plan might not be the best fit since it follows a fixed structure. Our 1:1 coaching is a better option because we can adjust your plan as you heal.

Not directly. These plans are designed to be self-guided, but we’ll give you an overview of how to use it and answer questions in the first week.
No, race strategies are customized based on how your training progresses and race-day conditions. If you’d like a personalized race strategy, our 1:1 coaching can help with that.
In your onboarding survey you can tell us about the type of training you’ve done in the past and express what you’d like to prioritize in your training. We will take this into consideration as we build the plan, however we prioritize writing plans that balance your current fitness, goals, and health so we might not be able to fully integrate all requests into the final plan. It would then be at your discretion to make edits.
