Not at all! We work with runners at every level, from beginners training for their first 5K to experienced runners chasing PRs.

Most of our coaching is virtual, so we can work with athletes anywhere. If we’re local to you or attending the same event, we’d love to meet up in person!

If your preferred coach is available, yes! If not, you can join their waitlist or work with another available coach.

Six months allows us to build a strong foundation and make real progress. If your race is sooner, we’ll still prepare you as best we can within that timeframe and continue working together post-race.

We hope you love your experience so much that you do! You can either do so by creating another group for your next race or through continuing training and development through our 1:1 coaching programs.

Injuries are actually a great time to start working with a coach! We’ll help you adjust your training, avoid setbacks, and coordinate with your healthcare team if needed.

It depends on how much structure and support you want:

  • Adaptive coaching → Best for frequent adjustments & unlimited communication.
  • Monthly coaching → Structured plans with regular check-ins but fewer updates.
  • Group coaching → Train with a team toward a shared goal.
  • Personalized Plan → Get a custom plan but no coaching support along the way.
