After you complete the form, we will email you to approve your application and provide the next steps for setting up your team.

If any details change after you submit your application, that’s fine. However, no further changes will be allowed once payments have been processed and coaching has begun. For example, athletes can be added or swapped after the initial application, but no new athletes can be added to the team once coaching has started.
