Carbohydrate underconsumption is common in our sport, but not always because it’s intentional. Use this calculator to get a sense of the minimum amount of carbs recommended by sports dietitians to support your training and recovery.

The calculator provides the minimum recommended daily carbohydrate intake. However, each activity level includes a range that may overlap with the next higher exercise category.

This tool establishes a baseline (floor) for carbohydrate intake, not a limit (ceiling).
